Driven by a commitment to transparency and impact, our team brings years of experience leading initiatives that promote accountability, strengthen systems, and support sustainable development across Nigeria.
  • Facilitated Executive Council retreats for Kano State Government (2019, 2023).
  • Developed Political Economy Analysis on governance in Kaduna and Kano.
  • Developed and facilitated governance frameworks for local and national governments to improve accountability.
  • Designed the first publicly accessible anti-corruption database in Nigeria.
  • Developed and implemented research on civil society use of social media for advocacy in northern Nigeria.
  • Designed and developed the Conditional Cash Transfer Management Information System (CCT-MIS) for Kwara State AGILE, enabling efficient beneficiary registration, fund disbursement tracking, and performance monitoring for girls’ education incentives.
  • Designed and deployed SKUMONITOR (skumonitor.com.ng) a unified school monitoring system in Sokoto State to enhance evidence-based technical assistance and school-level accountability.
  • Developed a Project Monitoring Tracker for the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (FMAFS) to support visibility, coordination, and oversight of approved projects
  • Supported the development of the Kano State Donor Coordination Framework and helped train civil society organizations in evidence-based advocacy.
  • Supported the development of Kano state teacher recruitment and deployment policy.
  • Facilitated the development of Mid-Term Sector Strategies for Heath, Agric, Education, water sectors.
  • Led the development of State Education Accounts for Adamawa, Bauchi, and Sokoto
  • Conducted training and development on participatory budgeting for various Ministries of Planning and Budget.
  • Developed Mid-Term Revenue Strategies and helped secure $11 million from the World Bank for Kano State
  • Review of Kano State Human Resource Policy
  • Conduct of Institutional Capacity Assessment for Federal & State Ministry of Education and SUBEB (Bauchi, Adamawa, Sokoto, Niger, Ebonyi, Gombe)
  • Facilitated the development of corporate plan for Kaduna State Primary Healthcare Development Agency.
  • Facilitated Data Management Training for the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC)
  • Delivered Data Analytics and Visualization Training for State Ministry of Education and State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) teams in Sokoto and Bauchi States
  • Conducted Microsoft Power BI Training for Management Sciences for Health (MSH) in Abuja to support data-driven decision making
